Having made my Christmas list, I'd love to order my 2010 calendars but the checkout does not recognise my password or my email address. I've double checked that I'm entering the correct details and can't seem to get it to work at all. Confused Anyone else experiencing problems?

Hi Lindsey

Please try re-registering, the store was replaced 2 years ago so if you have not bought anything since from the store it will not have your detail.

Also please note the username and password for the FBC site are not the same as the Briard Store.

I've just tried again to order my 5 calendars and for the third time have got the message "This invoice has already been paid." I ordered calendars last year so what's wrong? Should I re-register too?

Sorry you are having problems. Paul is in America working. I am sure he will get around to answering your problem soon. Just give him some time as he is really snowed under.

I ordered my calender today but when it got to paypal it says it has already been paid by the merchant (VERY NICE OF YOU)please advise

I had that message loads of times! After lots of attempts (on different days) It did eventualy work. Hope I don't end with with a dozen or so Confused
