I am writing this on behalf of Martin who owned 'Utz'. He was out of the litter of which Zeus was his litter brother, who sired 'Ditto' and in turn he sired the 2009 Top Briard.'Seiso'. So he comes from a lovely line of briards.

Utz was 10years old and would have been 11 in March. Sadly he was pts sleep on the 23rd of December 2009. He was gentlest of briards and was oved by all that knew him. I am gald to say that the years he spent with Martin was his happiest time. In the beginning he belonged to Sue Wyss and was rehomed with Martin , who then took over the ownership of Zophs and Kizzy Koo again from Sue Wyss.

Martin has asked that those of you that used Utz as a sire, he would love to have some pictures of the'children'. Would you please to e-mail them to me on maggibriard@aol.com. Like all of us he misses his briards very much and hopes that in the future he will have another when the time feels right.

I am so sorry to hear that Martin has lost his lovely boy Utz.

My heart goes out to him, I know how he's feeling at the moment, as it's only been a few months since lost Amber.
All I can say is, hold onto the memories of all the good times, I know they will bring many tears, but laughter is never far away when a Briard has been part the family.

Run Free Utz
