Has anyone seen the diabolical advert in Freeads for the 10mth old Briard Bitch puppy?
I am so angry, this person who placed this advert, is selling the pup for £595, with no papers or KC reg, but has the absolute audacity to say that this bitch is due in season for the first time in 6mths, and will make lovely puppies!!!!!!
Where did this pup come from originally I would like to know.
It sounds like it is left for about 5 hours a day.
I know we cant always be certain that our beloved puppies will remain in there forever homes, but come on, to say that a bitch would be ready for mating at 16mths old and no doubt has not had the relevant health checks done either, it just beggars belief.
Perhaps someone can help this poor mite, or I can see she will be another in a long line of breeding machines!!!

have just googled "briard pups for sale" this is on the sun local site and is in the Aldershot area. Also on the same site listed below this one is an advert for briard puppies at £150.00 each. These are for sale in Enfield, if I was still living there I would have made enquiries, but left there 20 odd years ago.
Long shot but would welfare not make enquiries into these adverts especially the Aldershot one as they are suggesting it is suitable for breeding from.

My daughter Lizz spotted this add and made enquiries and I then spoke with Sheila who has been in touch with the owner. The bitch is no longer available and is actually not a briard. Although the ad says both parents are KC registered it fails to mention they are different breeds!

This is a briard/ lab cross apparently resulting from an accidental mating! It is indeed horrifying that anyone would refer to breeding potentail in this way and it is very unlikely that any health checks have been done - but then that applies to all those so desirable designer dogs out there that certain charities etc would maintain are to be preferred to out carefully bred beauties!

Have refrained from using CAPS LOCK but am yelling inside!
