Our house is a sad and quite place today I can not describe the pain we feel as we have said a final Goodbye to our beautiful Vernon. The day he was born I cradled him in my hands and today I cradled him in my arms as he slipped away to join his Mum at Rainbow Bridge. His sister Kari-Ann is lost without him.

In our hearts forever xx

Our household is also grieving the loss of Vernon. I can still remember him when we came to select our beautiful boy. He was a lovely, lively puppy who grew into a wonderful example of the breed.
Now our thoughts & prayers are with you all at this difficult time.

Brenda

I am so sorry for your sad loss. I know no amount of words will ever be enough to ease the pain you must be feeling at this sad time. Both Colin and I are thinking of you at this sad time. RIP Vernon.

Debbie, Colin, Mireille and Clouseau xxxx

Oh Brenda, I am so sorry to hear your terrible news. I really feel for you. I want to offer some words of comfort, but know that there aren't really any which can help. Thinking of you and your family at this very sad time.

Thank you all again.
Elaine I'm sure Lulu and Vernon will be romping and playing together at Rainbow Bridge.
Vernon's sister Kari-Ann is adjusting to life as a single dog something she's never been as when she was young she was 1 of 5.
. She's getting lots of cuddles and reassurance.
I'm just glad that she and Vernon did have some separate walks and time apart to ease the loss for her.
Years ago when we had two dogs who went absolutely everywhere together the grieve for the one left was terrible to see something I was eager never to see again. So since then we have always given all the dogs one to one time away from the others. I must say I think this is helping Kari-Ann.
Thank you all again and give your Briard and extra hug from me.x
